The Track is Almost Ready!

I have been very busy getting the track ready and it looks great!
Just one more day and it will be done. Believe it or not I have put 5000 gallons and counting of water on it. Cant wait for Friday and Saturday to get here.

3rd Annual "SCT" Jamboree

Wow did that year go by fast! I cant believe the Jamboree is only 4 weeks away!
For those of you who have not made it to Dirt Hills at Jamboree time you don't want to miss this year. We always have some great racing and fun to had by all. The schedule will be the same as last year.

Practice Friday 22nd 5-10:00pm & Saturday 23rd 8-10:00am
Drivers Meeting at 10:00 and Racing at 11:00

September 17th Race "CANCELLED"

Sorry if this changes any one's plans. But with CRCRC up and running I don't think there will be much interest to run outdoor till next summer.
Thanks for all the great racing with you all this year and we hope to see you next June for the Jamboree.

July 9th Under The Lights!

Thanks to everyone who made it out for the Jamboree and of coarse our great sponsors to. I had a great time and am looking forward to next year!

As you see above the July 9th race is under the lights. Track opens at 4:00 pm and racen starts at 6:00. We will be running all 1/10 scale electric classes. Depending on turnout we will run 2 or 3 heats but we must be done by midnight.

I am building a canopy over the drivers stand to help block the bugs and sun.

Less Than a Week!

Thats right the second annual SCT Jamboree is less that a week away. We have been grooming the the track to a smooth surface. For those of you who plan on practicing Friday night the track will be open from 5:00 - 10:00. We had 66 entries on rcsignups and I believe we will have more than 100 total! Plan on having a great day of SCT racing, I know I am.

SCT Jamboree T-Shirts

Its hard to believe that the 2011 SCT Jamboree is one month from today. I have been busy getting things ready and realised that the order dead line for the t-shirts is only two weeks away (June 1st)! If you havent already go to rcsignups, signup for the race and let me know in the comments if you want a t-shirt or not. The cost is $10.00 each up to 3xl. For 4xl and 5xl the cost is $12.00 each.

This years race is going to be bigger and better than ever!

Mark Your Calenders!

This years schedule is set and we are looking forward to another great summer of racing. We are hosting round #4 of the OEOSS series again this year and of coarse the SCT Jamboree along with two club races. We will have Wednesday and some Friday night practice. I am also happy to announce that Wagners Pulled Pork will be here at all of the races except for July 9th. YUM.

Unfortunitaly due to the weather and my work schedule I have not been able to get the track ready. I will post when it will be open for practice. Stay tuned.
